Be a force for good with Nestl\u00e9 Indonesia by playing the role as Electrical & Automation Engineer will be at the forefront of providing professional and technical operational support in Electricity and Automation (E&A) activities. You will play a crucial role in CAPEX projects, ensuring all activities align with corporate guidelines and enhance our business objectives, product quality, and plant performance, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.<\/p>

A Day in the Life:<\/strong><\/p>

Innovate and Lead: Participate in Capital Investment projects, ensuring technical solutions meet corporate and market standards. You will prepare user and technical specifications, coordinate requirements, follow up on solution development, and oversee pre-test, implementation, and training.
Safety First: Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment. Implement engineering tools at the site level and participate in M&I activities.
Compliance and Excellence: Ensure all MES-E&A installations comply with safety, health, environment, and product quality standards. Keep key documentation up to date and manage modifications effectively.<\/p>

What Makes You Successful:<\/strong><\/p>

Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role with expertise in Automation & Electrical Engineering.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading technical teams and contractors being an advantage.
Technical Expertise: Experience in the start-up of technical equipment and production lines.
Self-Management: Ability to manage yourself effectively, following defined KPIs\/Objectives and proactively tracking them.
Maintenance Knowledge: Exposure to Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and\/or maintenance execution is desired but not required.<\/p>
